This policy applies to all ZippaHub shop purchases, including keys, packs, executor access plans, support passes, and digital premium routes.

Digital Goods

1. Digital product notice

All products sold through the ZippaHub shop are digital goods or digital access services. No physical item is shipped. Delivery may happen instantly, through hosted access, by account route, by dashboard unlock, or through manual support follow-up.

No Refunds

2. No refund policy

All payments are final. No refunds, returns, chargeback-based reversals, or partial reimbursements are accepted once a digital order has been placed, delivered, exposed, unlocked, generated, or reserved. By paying, the customer accepts this rule fully.

Payment Terms

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe and may support card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other methods made available by Stripe for the customer device and region. Availability of a payment method may change depending on Stripe conditions and customer setup.

Promo Codes

4. Promotion code use

Promotion codes are optional and may be limited, changed, disabled, or rejected at any time. The displayed promotion code ZippaX10 only applies when accepted by Stripe checkout or the configured promotion flow.

Customer Duties

5. Correct information required

The customer must provide accurate checkout information, including a reachable email address and correct Discord username when requested. Incorrect information, abandoned payments, or missing contact details may delay or block delivery without creating a refund right.

Delivery

6. Delivery timing

Some products are delivered instantly, while others may require protected access verification, manual review, support routing, or dashboard action. Delivery timing can vary according to stock, order volume, verification steps, or support conditions.

Abuse

7. Chargeback and abuse rule

Fraud attempts, payment abuse, false disputes, refund abuse, or malicious chargebacks may lead to permanent denial of access, support refusal, account blocking, delivery cancellation, and evidence sharing with the payment processor when appropriate.

Changes

8. Policy updates

ZippaHub may update product terms, prices, stock, categories, access conditions, and shop policy text at any time. The version visible at the time of purchase governs that purchase unless a stricter compliance or payment rule is required later.
